Shipping Day: To ensure maximum freshness, all orders are shipped every Tuesday.
Transit Time: Once dispatched, packages typically arrive within 2–3 business days.
Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, location, or carrier high-season volume.

📦 Delivery Details
Tracking: Every order includes a tracking number so you can follow your cookies' journey.
No Signature Required: Packages will be left at your delivery address without a signature.
P.O. Boxes: At this time, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

📍 Local Pickup
If you are nearby, you can skip the shipping!
Availability: Local pickup is available on select days during afternoon hours.

Address Accuracy: Please double-check your info. Sookies is not responsible for packages returned due to incorrect addresses; however, we can resend them for an additional shipping fee.
Carrier Handling: While we package every cookie with extreme care, Sookies is not liable for delays, damages, or missing packages once they are marked as "Delivered" or are in the possession of the carrier (USPS).
